Q: What is The Printable Baby?
A:
The Printable Baby is a site for people who want to customize and print their own baby-related stationery, such as baby announcements, baby shower invitations, baby scrapbooks, birthday cards, and christening invitations. We provide images and templates for virtually any baby-related occasion you might need, but it is up to you to edit or layout your own materials, purchase your own papers and envelopes, and print them out.

When you subscribe to our site for a period of time, you get unlimited access to our content for that duration. When your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to download new materials from our site.




Q: How much is a subscription to The Printable Baby?
A:
The price of a subscription to The Printable Baby depends on the subscription length you choose. You may sign up for 1 month ($3.95), 3 months ($9.95) or a year (best value at $19.95). Once you have a subscription, you may download unlimited templates and clipart for personal non-commercial use, while you have an active subscription.

Q: Does The Printable Baby offer refunds?
A:
Yes, in certain circumstances, we will issue refunds, but at our own discretion, case by case. If you would like to see if a refund is possible based on your account usage, please send us an e-mail at contact@theprintablebaby.com.




Q: Why can't I download? Where are the downloaded files?
A:
If you are having trouble downloading Word documents or graphics from the site, there are a few things to check. First, verify that your web browser is allowing downloads. Check your browser's Security Settings. Medium or high security settings may prevent you from downloading files. Your pop-up blocker may also be blocking the "download" window that lets you save the file. To change your browser settings, open the settings menu called Tools, Internet Options, or Preferences. Also be sure that your web browser is up to date. We recommend the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer for best viewing.

Having trouble finding the file(s) you downloaded? Every time the download window pops open, the file saves to either the default save location or a location of your choice. On a PC, check the desktop and the username\documents\downloads folder. Each browser allows you to change the default download location; check the browser's Help section.

Finally, if you are having trouble downloading the PDF of a design, please keep in mind PDF files require a "reader" program to display. On a PC, your Internet browser probably uses Adobe Reader. If you get an error message, or if no PDF appears, your browser may be running an out-of-date version of the reader. Download the current version here. Alternatively, try installing another free reader program, such as Foxit. If the PDF is simply taking a long time to display, due to its high-resolution graphics, upgrading to the newest version of Reader may improve load time.




Q: Why is there a watermark on my PDF?
A:
Watermark-free templates and graphics are only available to full members with paid subscriptions. Free trial members will see a watermark on each of their files.
When you complete your membership sign-up for a paid account, you'll be able to print your saved designs with no watermark




Q: What type of paper should I print my template on?
A:
All of our stationery templates are designed to print on 8.5 x 11 white or cream cardstock.

Q: What are templates?
A:
Templates are completed projects that have already been professional designed and are ready to be personalized and printed. Depending on the design, these can be personalized in our handy tool online, then downloaded in final PDF format. Others can be downloaded and opened with Microsoft Word, personalized, and then printed. Examples include invitations, programs, and cards.
